Can you install air conditioning in a flat?

Often, yes. The outdoor unit usually goes on a balcony, a flat roof or an outside wall. Leaseholders may need the freeholder's consent first, and we help you work out what to ask for. To confirm

Where does the outdoor unit go?

Somewhere with good airflow and a short, tidy pipe route to the indoor unit, often a rear wall, a flat roof or the ground. We agree the position with you before installation day.

How noisy is it indoors?

Modern indoor units are quiet, and on their lowest setting most people barely notice them at night. We choose and place units with bedrooms and home offices in mind.

Will it heat my home in winter too?

Yes. Split systems can run in reverse, so the same unit warms a room on cold days as well as cooling it in summer.

How long does installation take?

Most single-room installs take one day. Multi-room systems can take longer, and we give you a clear timing when we confirm the details. To confirm: typical install times
